Butter Cupcakes 

Ni dia bahan-bahan yang diperlukan untuk menbuat Butter Cupcakes, mohon maaf bebanyak kt kawan baikku Na sudah lama dimintanya postkan resepi yang aku pergi kelas itu hari. Asyik terlupe aje, Lepas ni kengkawan bolehlah mencuba erk untuk Hari Raya yang bakal menjelang nanti. Selamat mencuba.

Bahan-bahannya:

120g Mentega (Butter)
145g Gula Kastor
185g tepung naik sendiri- ikutlah apa2 jenama pon boleh
125ml susu segar- ikutlah susu segar apa yang digemari
2 biji telor- gred B

Cara-Caranya

>   Panaskan oven -suhu 180C
>   Pukul Mentega, gula kastor, tepung , susu dan telor dengan kadar kelajuan yang perlahan sehingga semuanya sebati- tambahkan kelajuanya sehinggalah campuran itu menjadi halus dan putih
>  Isikan di dalam cup sehingga memenuhi 3/4 bahagian
>  Bakar selama 15-20 minit sehingga kekuningan 
> Apabila telah masak sejukakan dia atas wire rack sehingga sejuk sebelum menghiaskannya.

  














 Vanilla Cupcakes


150g butter
150g caster sugar
175g self-rising flour
3 eggs (B)
2 tbs vanilla essence


method


> Preheat oven at 180c
> Beat butter and sugar until cteamy
> Add in eggs, flour and vanilla essence
> Beat 1-2 minutes until mixture is light and creamy
> Spoon batter into prepared cups. Fill approximately 3/4 cup of your cups
> Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the sweaker comes out clean when inserted into the centre of the cake
> Transfer to wire raqck and allow to cool before decorate

Buttercream Icing Recipe

Bahan-bahannya


170g Krimwell
1tsp vanilla Flavour
11/2tbs milk / water
500g icing sugar
1tbsp egg white powder
1tbs cream of tartar
pinch of salt


method

> Beat krimwell, vanilla flavour and water until well mixed
> add in egg white powder, cream of tartar, icing sugar and salt
> Mix well and beat for about 1-2 minutes

.  Start with only 1 tbs of water. Add in more later if necessary. This depends on the condition og krimwell. If it is too soft and too much water added, ypur icing might turn out to be too soft.


Variation

Chocolate buttercream
. Reduce milk or water tp 1 tbsp
. add 1 tbsp of chocolate emulco (chocolate paste)


Buttercream


1kg krimwell
300g shortening
300g gula icing
1 tin susu pekat
1tbsp perisa- any perisa
50g butter


- Beat everything on high speed for 10 minutes


Royal Icing


2 eggs white
350-500g icing sugar
Pinch of Cream of tartar


. Beat all till peak


. Substitute for raw egg- 2tsp meringue powder + 2 tbsp water = 1 raw egg
